CLIENTLinks of London 1
PROJECT‘Flutter and Wow’ window graphics
The brief
We were briefed to create an innovative, bold, and eye-catching window treatment that upgraded the Links of London window graphics from the current simple, flat, photographic reproduction.
The work
Our client had originally thought to use bespoke light boxes to get the “punch” they were seeking. However, we came up with a solution that created the same effect and more, for a fraction of the cost.
To achieve this we printed directly onto fluorescent material. Pink fluorescent vinyl was over-printed with an image on the RHO 800 and mounted double-sided to 5mm foamcore. This was then drilled and eyeleted to provide a double-sided lightweight hanging graphic.
Smaller images for frames were produced on the same fluorescent media and mounted to 1mm foamex. In addition, a series of 1 metre canvas panels and tent cards were printed using the full four colour image to dress the cabinets.
The finished work was then supplied to stores nationally and internationally.
The results
This was an incredibly successful campaign, both aesthetically and commercially. As the client puts it: “Our in-store teams have loved the different graphic approach – particularly as it’s driving footfall and sales. And we are delighted with the overall culmination of product, campaign and commercial success.”
