PROJECTTwo Exhibition Stands for London Triathlon Expo at Excel 2011
The Brief
We were asked by the Virgin Active Marketing team to design, produce and Install two stands for the London Triathlon Expo at Excel.
Virgin Active were key sponsors for the event and it was important that they achieved maximum stand out with a premium look and feel.
The Work
We designed a Kids Active and Adult Active stand , each were zoned to encompass various activities including a kids Cyber area and in the Adult area a Face book booth and body composition area.
We created seamless graphic back-drops using a stretched fabric and modular system which achieved maximum use of the graphic backdrops. The stands were designed so that branding for future events could be easily interchanged and the system allows the client to expand or contract the footprint and tailor to meet future venue specifics.
The end to end process from brief to implementation took 3 weeks and included adaptive and creative Art work, 3d visualisation, presentation for sign off of working drawings and the specifying of a lighting scheme.
