PROJECTThree innovative exhibition stands for BIBA 2009
The brief
We were asked by Lamb Creative to construct and install three independent stands for their clients for BIBA (British Insurance Brokers’ Association) Conference 2009, Manchester.
We had two weeks from artwork approval to bring this innovative project to life and provide full installation of the three stands at the exhibition site.
The work
The bespoke stands were constructed from MDF with fabricated light-boxes and precisely cut 3-D elements using our cross-directional zund cutting machine. The Evergreen stand featured highly unusual astro-turf lettering and a matching floor area, whilst the Davis stand had plasma screens fitted with light-boxes and the IGI stand boasted a huge, backlit logo. All the stands were spray finished with printed dura-trans and cut vinyl graphics.
Results
Both Lamb Creative and their clients were delighted with the build, installation and final finish of the stands. For the end-clients, the stands provided a striking and impressive showcase for their brands, whilst for Lamb Creative it was an opportunity to bring their designs to life and secure future business.
