We installed the first Durst RHO 800 in the world in 2007! The latest in a line of specialist digital UV board printers, this incredible machine is capable of printing to almost any rigid board – such as wood, plastic and glass – in all sizes up to a maximum of 2.5m wide, over 4m long and 40mm thick. Printing in six colours plus white at 800dpi the results are stunning, near-photographic quality.
Our Durst RHO 350 is the roll version of the 800. Printing to a diverse range of banner material, wallpaper, poster paper and fabrics in all widths up to 3.5m wide, it prints at 600dpi resulting in superb quality graphics.
The highest quality digital output
Two Durst Lambda digital photographic devices output paper and film in continuous tone, in all sizes up to a maximum width of 1.22m.
Considered to offer the highest quality digital output available, Lambda prints and back-lit film for light boxes provide the ultimate solution where quality and impact is required.
Vinyl cut lettering and decals are produced directly from digital artwork on a huge variety of coloured self-adhesive films, including some speciality frosted and coloured films designed for glass manifestation.
Top-notch finishing
Once printed, all graphics are trimmed on one of two automatic devices. One of these is a Zund multi-functional flatbed cutting system (4m × 2m). This is capable of fast, accurate cutting and creasing of paper, plastic, metal and wood, resulting in perfect joins on multi-part graphics, interesting cut-out shapes and 3D cardboard engineering.
A full mounting and lamination service allows graphics to be bonded to a wide range of materials and finished with matt, gloss or anti-graffiti laminates, providing extra durability and extending the life of your display.
Streamlined project administration and management
Project administration and tracking is handled on the latest Tharstern MIS system. This allows account managers to produce fast, competitive quotations and provide a real-time scheduling system to track all live projects, maximising our efficiency and ensuring accurate deadlines.
