Retail Specialist

McKenzie Clark are a leading graphics and display company based in London, England and we love retail! We work with many great retailers, cosmetic and luxury brands across a wide variety of products and markets and we would like to work with some more.
If you are an outgoing, networking type of person with a background in retail display this may be a great new career path. We are looking for someone who knows retail, talks retail and cares about retail. Someone who will enjoy the variety that comes with working with different brands and someone that enjoys problem solving and pleasing customers.
The role can be full time or part time, employed or freelance. We can be completely flexible towards the right person.

Trainee Account Manager
We are looking for a trainee account manager to work on a busy leading cosmetic brand producing lightbox and in-store display material and window displays for retail sites throughout the UK.
Working alongside two established Account Managers the role includes customer liaison via phone and email, identifying briefs, creating job briefs on the company computer system, preparing quotations and the checking and despatch of regular projects.
You will have excellent organisational skills, are happy to deal with people at all levels, enjoy a busy, high pressure environment, and be fully competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
You will ideally have at least one years experience working in a display, visual merchandising or marketing role or alternatively print industry experience in a production or admin role, for a retail or cosmetic company and have a good eye for colour and design. Full training will be given.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
