McKenzie Clark Grow Business in 2009 Despite Economic Downturn
by Sarah Davis in News on 08/01/10 at 10:00
Despite difficult trading conditions and budget cuts amongst it's customers, McKenzie Clark increased sales in 2009 by a staggering 8% over the previous year creating the largest turnover in the Company's history.
Like many businesses margins have reduced due to a competitive market sector and a pro-active decision to support customers with the most cost-effective solutions when they most need it. A continued investment in equipment has helped increase output and quality whilst enabling the business to offer lower selling prices to many of it's customers.
MD Graham Clark says "we are delighted to end such a difficult year on such a high. Not only have we been able to increase turnover but we have increased our head count and provided a secure environment for our hard working and committed staff. We have great clients who have shown fantastic loyalty to us and an in-house team who have really helped us achieve this growth and we are all excited about our prospects in 2010".
